Maximum accuracy and resistance

The rain gauge accurately measures the amount of rainfall by means of a self-emptying tipping bucket. It features a reed switch that opens each time the weight of the accumulated water causes the bucket to tilt, thus producing a pulse that can be recorded by a datalogger or pulse counter. It is specially designed to meet the guidelines established by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). It includes a 2 meters long cable.
