Vantage Vue® is the entry-level Davis Instruments weather station. It combines the accuracy and durability of the flagship Vantage Pro2™ in a design that is compact and easy to assemble, so you can start enjoying weather right out of the box.
Modern and compact design
The Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) stands out for its innovative design, which perfectly integrates in any place. It is resistant to corrosion and to severe weather conditions. The radiation shield provides excellent protection against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat. The solar panel powers the ISS during the day, while charging an internal battery that provides power at night. A lithium battery serves as a backup power source in case of need.
The console displays all weather variables simultaneously and allows to configure the station without a computer. It features a comfortable keyboard and a large 11 x 8 cm backlit LCD screen for optimal reading both day and night. Additional consoles can be added for monitoring from multiple locations.
Long-range wireless technology
The ISS sends data packets to the console wirelessly to a distance of up to 300 meters and with a refresh rate of 2.5 seconds. This is three times farther than competing stations and up to ten times faster. In addition, the frequency hopping spread spectrum radio technology ensures reliable and interference-free data transmission.
Vantage Vue® is radio-compatible with Vantage Pro2™, allowing to use, for instance, a Vantage Vue® console with a Vantage Pro2™ ISS, or to expand the wireless transmission range by using short and long-range repeaters.

On-screen graphs showing data for the last 25 hours, days or months. Over 50 different graphs on the console itself.
Configuration of over 22 simultaneous alarms that warn of hazardous conditions such as strong winds, freezing temperatures, heavy rains with possible flooding, etc.
WeatherLink® (Optional)
Datalogger for data storage with a configurable file interval from 1 to 120 minutes. It includes the software for data analysis and plotting, which are stored in a permanent database. It also allows to generate reports, export data to spreadsheets and upload it to the Internet in order to share it with family, friends, weather enthusiasts or customers. It is available in PC, Mac and IP versions.
