More accurate rain measurements
The windshield for rain gauge increases the accuracy of rain measurements by minimizing the formation of updrafts that can alter the trajectory of precipitation particles falling toward the rain gauge. In addition, the oscillation of the blades helps prevent birds from landing on the mouth of the funnel.
The system features a rugged design and is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure high resistance to weathering. It can be supplied painted in white, aviation red, military green, etc. The set includes everything required for installation.
