Description
High performance technology
The airborne particulate monitor allows monitoring the concentration of PM1, PM2.5, PM10 and TSP particulate matter with high accuracy and reliability thanks to its laser light technology and the digital filtering and averaging of the measurements.
To determine the size and amount of particles of each class, the monitor emits laser light from a transmitter and measures what percentage of it reaches a receiver according to the principle of scattering of light caused by airborne particles.
Compact and weatherproof design
The instrument has a compact design and is entirely made of corrosion resistant materials to ensure high resistance to weathering. The integrated heater allows to completely remove the water vapor contained in the air before taking measurements in order to guarantee the maximum accuracy.
Maximum connectivity
It features a RS-232 serial port and an alarm output. Additionally, it allows the connection of several extra weather sensors.
Multitude of applications
Its outstanding versatility makes it ideal for all kind of applications in many fields, the main ones being:
- Airports.
- Road control.
- Ports and marinas.
- Factories.
- Agriculture.
- Construction and mining.
- Municipalities.
- Civil protection.
- Military applications.
