Highly versatile
The datalogger can be connected to any type of tipping bucket rain gauge to record the amount of rainfall. The LCD display shows the total and partial rain in real time. The included software allows downloading and viewing the recorded data, in addition to configuring all the instrument parameters, such as date, time and rain gauge resolution. The communication is done via the included RS-232 serial port.
To ensure total weatherproofness a magnet is used instead of buttons when accessing the viewing and configuration options. The included lithium battery guarantees a long life before having to be replaced.
