Frost protection

The rain gauge heater is used in cold climates to measure snow precipitation and prevent it from clogging the funnel. It is compatible with all Vantage Pro2™ versions.

It includes a heating element of 24 W at 24 VDC with thermal cut-off switch, manual control unit, insulated thermal blanket, AC adapter and a 15 meter long cable.
