Description
For mobile devices
HOBO® MX CO2 records carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity in indoor environments, such as offices, shopping malls, schools or hospitals, and sends the data via Bluetooth® and in real time to the HOBOconnect® app for iOS and Android devices.
The datalogger uses non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology to measure the levels of CO2, and is the first datalogger of this kind for mobile devices. It also features temperature and humidity sensors.
The free HOBOware® software, available for Windows and Mac, allows downloading and viewing the recorded data, in addition to configuring all the instrument parameters, such as date and time. The communication is done directly via the integrated USB port, which can be also used to power the datalogger in applications that require more than 6 months of monitoring and/or a faster logging rate.
Compact design with LCD display
The datalogger features a compact design and has an easy-to-read LCD display that shows the current readings, the memory available and the battery charge, which can run for approximately 6 months on 4 AA batteries.
